Custom Orders- We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for custom orders if you have a 'change of mind' or if you have provided incorrect details (such as spelling errors or wrong colour choice).
Faulty or Damaged Items- If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement item for you at no extra cost.
