Shipping + Returns
The delivery timeframe starts from the day your order is dispatched.
If your order contains a mix of Standard and Custom items, your whole package will be shipped together once your custom item is ready!

RETURNS
Custom Orders- We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for custom orders if you have a 'change of mind' or if you have provided incorrect details (such as spelling errors or wrong colour choice).
Faulty or Damaged Items- If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement item for you at no extra cost.
